Characteristic of main types of the microfinancial organizations: question of legislative restrictions of their activities

This article is devoted to the characteristic of types of the microfinancial organizations. In article it is noted that at the moment time two main types of such organizations are legislatively established. Their differences generally consist in number of legislative restrictions of their activities. The author draws a conclusion about what of organization types is exposed to bigger supervision from the Bank of Russia now.
