Cardiac activity under the modern rythmic gymanstics

Regular practicing of rhythmic gymnastics, the intensity of which is determined by the structure of the performed exercises and music, represent some sort of the labor process with the corresponding periods (working in, optimum performance, fatigue). Changes in the functional state of the heart according to the heart rate (HR) are directly related to the economization of of the cardiovascular system (CVS) functioning and coadaptive in nature. This phenomenon serves for the prospective analysis and forecast of the integrative functioning of CVS.
