Characteristic degree of incidence and pathomorphological changes in endometriosis

In the presented article, the authors studied the incidence and changes in endometriosis of the uterus in the age aspect in women of the Fergana valley for 2018-2020. Over the years, of all endometriosis, adenomyosis accounted for 90-95%, and tubal and ovarian forms of endometriosis accounted for 5-10%. Persistence of endometriosis in postmenopausal women increases the risk of malignancy. Malignancy of adenomyosis was 3.5% (among women aged 40-60 years).
