Characteristics of the nation’s quality of life

The authors focus on the characteristics of nation, which previously have not been considered in terms of the quality of life, but which are important preconditions for its formation. Among these characteristics are: social capital and trust,patriotism of citizens and passionarity of nation. These concepts are considered on the example of the present state of the Russian population.
