Characteristics of social and economic development of problem regions

In article it rassmotrevatsya the main criteria of investment with the status of problem regions of Russia. The typical problems acting as a consequence of action of factors of the crisis environment of regions are analysed. It is revealed and proved that the concrete region contains the set of regional problems, and, therefore, the directions, tools, both mechanisms of management of strategy and programs of social and economic development have to be different.
