Harassment: concept, essence, structure and correlation with criminal law prohibitions

The article defines the essence of harassment, its interpretation in the modern scientific community, identifies individual forms of its manifestation and presents the author's vision of its structure. In the context of the phenomenon under consideration, the problem of social inequality is touched upon. An attempt is made to compare and distinguish between some elements of crimes and the phenomenon of harassment that have an external similarity. The possible negative consequences of harassment for the staff and the necessity for its prevention in relation to both corporate culture and the commission of individual crimes are revealed.
