Hashtag as a means of communication in the internet space

The article is devoted to the study of Internet communication tools with specific features. Hashtag, as one of the means of communication, most clearly reflects all the features of the Internet environment. Being an intermediary between the author of the publication and subscribers, the hashtag demonstrates polyfunctionality. This is due to its semantic and structural features, the analysis of which is presented in this study.
