In consequence osteochondral injuries of the talus fractures of the ankles in 85%of cases develop post-traumatic osteoarthrosis of the ankle joint, which leads to disability(46%). It causes the urgency of improving the known and search for new methods of treatment of patients with post-traumatic deforming osteoarthrosis of the ankle joint. Treatment-diagnostic arthroscopy- method of choice in x-ray osteochondral non-verified lesions of thetalus after ankle fractures. In the Centre of traumatology and orthopedics them. N. Burdenko64 patients after osteosynthesis of ankle surgical treatment are no longer carried out, 88patients 6 months after ankle fractures was performed treatment -diagnostic arthroscopy,18 patients with 1 degree of defect of the cartilage of the talus, included lavage of the joint,debridment, 30 patients with 2-3 degrees of debridement performed in combination withtunnelization and curettage. Mosaic bone autoplasty was performed in 40 patients with 4degree of damage to the cartilage.
