Surgical treatment of patients with Hallux valgus by mini-apparatus of external fixation

The authors of article suggest methods of surgical correction of pathology by means of fixation of the first metatarsal bone with special construction of mini-apparatus for external fixation. This approach provides decrease of recovery period, reduces complications risk as well as deformation relapse.
