A method of treatment of patients with a fracture of the medial wall of the orbit using intraoperative navigation station and endoscopic video equipment that allows effective surgical procedures in the ethmoid labyrinth. The developed method of endosurgical treatment of patients with a fracture of the medial wall of the orbit with the use of intraoperative navigation can reduce surgical trauma, reduce the number of postoperative complications, and shorten the period of rehabilitation.
