Comparative analysis of efficacy of different ways of biliary tract decompression in patients having cholelithiasis complicated with mechanical hepatitis was performed in 603 patients. It was concluded that two-stage approach using minimum invasive ways of treatment is optimal. Surgery of choice is endoscopic retrograde intervention. If endoscopic retrograde intervention performing is impossible, decompression by percutaneous drainage of biliary ways under ultrasound control is performed in the first stage of the treatment.
Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, endoscopic papillotomy, percutaneous transhepatic cholangiostomy, mechanical hepatitis, percutaneous cholecystomy
