Surgical treatment of 36 patients with iatrogenic injuries of bile ducts after chole-cystectomy have been analized. The results confirm efficacy of hepaticojejunostomy on removable transhepatic drainage. Reliability and controllability of such junction allow to avoid many predictors of poor outcome regarding development of stricture.
