Цель исследования - провести систематический анализ литературы по хирургическому лечению рака правой половины ободочной кишки (РППОК) с применением тотальной мезоколонэктомии (ТМКЭ) и D2/D3-лимфодиссекции. материал и методы. Поиск источников производился в базе данных Pubmed, в обзор включены статьи, опубликованные за последние 10 лет. Включены результаты метаанализов, систематических обзоров, рандомизированных и нерандомизированных клинических исследований, а также клинических рекомендаций.
