Embezzlement of other people's property in the structure of rural crime (by case study of Lipetsk region)

The article examines embezzlement in rural areas in the structure of crime by case study of Lipetsk region for the period of 2012-2016. The paper identifies forms of embezzlement determined in accordance with Articles 158, 159, 160, 161, 162, 164 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Analysis of the provided statistical information was carried out with the help of the crime rate calculated per 100,000 population.
