For the first time in a domestic historiography the question of market factors influence on a Far Eastern peasantry production activity in the conditions of new economic policy is raised in the article. Dynamics of the grain prices is analyzed. The conclusion that post-war crisis and restriction of market institutes in the course of integration of the region into the Soviet economic space led to the steady growth of the grain prices and environment changes in the agrarian market is drawn. It is shown that the Far East peasantry in the economic practice sensitively reacted to all changes of an environment and expanded production of those cultures concerning which the environment was optimum.
