Grain balance sheets of the 1920's-1930's

The article contains the publication and analysis of the formerly unknown grain balance sheets of the 1925/26-1940/41. In the late 1930s balance sheets, they used biological harvests as a basis due to false reporting. The correct balance was drawn up if one replaced a biological harvest by a real grain yield. It allows us, with a high plausibility rate, to qualify grain yields as a gross yield or crop in storage.
