Хроническая посттравматическая нестабильность голеностопного сустава на современном этапе (обзор литературы)

Повреждения голеностопного сустава (ГС) являются наиболее часто встречающимися травмами опорно-двигательного аппарата и распространенной причиной обращения пациентов за медицинской помощью. Неполная функциональная реабилитация после повреждения связок голеностопного сустава приводит к развитию хронической посттравматической нестабильности сустава. Рассмотрены основные методы опе- ративного лечения, вопросы клиники и диагностики. Выбор метода хирургического лечения зависит от глубоких знаний анатомии, биомеханики и патологии сустава. Представлены возможности применения артроскопической техники для лечения данной нозологии. В целом анализ современ- ных научных даннных убеждает нас в том, что хроническая нестабильность голеностопного сустава остается распространенной проблемой после острой травмы у лиц с активным образом жизни. Эффективность методов анатомического (операция Brostrom) и неанатомического (операция Chrisman-Snook) восстановления связок при хронической нестабильности голеностопного сустава изучена недостаточно.
