One of the key problems of the modern neuroscience is the succession of forming the cognitive abilities of a person during genesis. Not least important is determining the role of brain plasticity as a grade stipulated by the influence of social and cultural reality on the person’s brain, that already involves genetically formed patterns. The formation of such patterns has already been evaluated by the scientists during the pregnancy. What is the role of artistic cognition in series of cognitive techniques presuming that intonational-rhythmic patterns are genetically the first of the complex of others, for instance, numeracy and linguistic skills, that is suggested by numerous researches in the field of cultural neuroscience? Such problematics is closely connected with the issue of rationality of culture. The abstractedness of traditional gnoseology from anthropological, social and cultural dimension, absolutization of subject and object image of cognition, ultimate narrowness of abstract-gnoseological problematics led to the perception of necessity of its reformation, manifested itself as both substantive approaches to the traditional learning and problems and the creation of new methodological principles many of which are undoubtedly productive.
