Artistic personality development in the digital society: the bibliographic knowledge's reinvention

The paper discusses the importance of the Yu.S. Zubov’s theory “artistic personality development” for contemporary science and practice. The opportunity of application of a competence approach either in non-formal and informal education, or in cultural education through reading is submitted. The content of competence «readiness for art development» is explored. It defines the criteria of its analysis and evaluation in modern information space. The article examines the potential bibliography for organization of modern information systems. It analyzes modern recommendatory bibliography tools. The paper studies the prospects of using heritage Yu.S. Zubov in the theory of recommendatory bibliography in the cultural education on the Internet. The role of information and constructive activity is defined. The universality of bibliographic method for artistic development in the information society is proved.
