Бесплатный доступ
This article explores the complex relationship between the art world and artificial intelligence (AI), which in a short time has managed to firmly establish relations with many institutions, even such conservative ones as the museum business and the art market. This article looks into some of the most notable examples of works created using neural networks, and the ways in which the artist interacts with these algorithms. Besides the expanding creative boundaries, the roles of AI in the preservation, restoration, and authentication of cultural heritage are considered. Examples of the creative synergy between AI and robotics are also presented. In addition, the article, while highlighting the contribution of technology to creative processes, raises questions about the extent of human artificial intelligence and determining the balance between human and machine contributions to creativity. The impact of AI on the world of professional art requires careful consideration and constant dialogue, which will help in building strong, mutually beneficial, relationships.
