Johan dunker: inner decoration & furniture at the fountain house in the middle of XVIII century

The paper presented the first attempt to discover (on the basis of instruments back in history from the archives) the part taken by J. Dunker in designing decoration and furniture for the Fountain House. The study mentioned that the ‘snack bar’ (refreshment room) placed at the Fountain House and the items of furniture and decoration designed by J. Dunker for the Sheremetev Palace may contribute to our understanding of relevance the interior design solutions and settings have to the Sheremetev Palace, as well as art pieces at the Palace made by the great masters at the initial period of beautification.
