The idealized subject of legal informal discourse. «Тыжюрист» in terms of professional identity

The article focuses on the informal professional legal discourse as a complex phenomenon, one of the parameters of the description is the language play as a necessary lever that creates oppositions, involved in building of discourse identities. One of the effective strategies of professional identification is irony. The article examines a number of utterances expressed subjective values of a specific idealized professional category «тыжюрист». The analysis revealed the stereotypical attitudes relevant to this category. In accordance with the six-level model of irony analysis proposed by S. Attardo, we found the opposite meanings that represent the essence of the process of discursive identification. The findings indicate that the stereotypical characteristics with which a professional subject identifies himself have mostly a personal nature, prevailing over an idealized professional one, which suggest the emerging trends in informal legal discourse, which over time can affect the structure of the corresponding professional discourse.
