The ideas of philosopher of law I.A. Ilyin concerning the anthropology of justice have been considered in this article. The authors try to study I.A. Ilyin's heritage on anthropology of justice and reveal some risks of forgetting his political and legal will. Some ways of possible solution of modern problems in jurisprudens are proved.
