The idea of global cosmic responsibility as a postulate of the past and a basis of the new education theory

This article presents the partial results of the study concerned with the genesis of the idea of global cosmic responsibility originated by the domestic science. The author outlines the main theses of the aforesaid idea expressed by Russian cosmism scientists (N.F. Fedorov, N. G. Kholodny, K.E. Tsiolkovsky). The author substantiates the importance of the conception of global cosmic responsibility for the modern pedagogy, importance of the awareness of close connection and solidarity with the humanity, the world, the universe by modern young people.
