The idea of a voice-instrument as an example of a classical canon

The axiomatic row of opera study is developed. The aesthetics of opera study is shown in its historical retrospective. Opera which appeared as the imitation of Antique ideals is examined in the context of the canon of European classicism. It is stated that the voice-instrument canonic by the classicism world-view even today has a crucial impact on opera aesthetics, the rules of scenic expressiveness and psychotechnique of the singer-actor.
