The data on studying of poorly fertile forms of a soybean during 2000-2005 are submitted. Five types of the lowered fertility: sub vital, broad-leaved, modified, chlorosous and dwarfish were alocated. The conclusion about annual natural formation in conditions of the Western Ciscaucasia of soybean forms with infringements of a fertility is made. The method of allocation of soybean forms with the latent sub vital mutation in conditions of edaphic stress is described.
