On the basis of testes by HPLC method, using UV detector, was analysed a composition of zinc bacitracin. It has been established, that the addition of an equimolar amount of EDTA into the moving mobile phase increases the efficiency of separation of components, resulting in an increased sensitivity of HPLC analysis.
