Ideological function of the state and human rights

The article reveals the essence of the ideological function of the state from the standpoint of ensuring human rights. Is it possible to say that in modern conditions we do not have a state ideology? The prohibition, contained in Art. 13 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, about the obligation of the state ideology should not be regarded as a ban on ideology itself. This constitutional provision means the inadmissibility of suppression in society by one ideology of others, because one way or another, the entire system of state power operates on the basis of certain views, ideas, human rights, being in constant ideological contact with society.
