State ideological function in a communicative space

In this article, the author introduces the category of «communicative space» into legal science, as a set of channels and means of social interaction between society and the state, considers the evolution of the communicative environment, and also determines the specifics of the implementation of the ideological function of the state within its framework. The author pays special attention to the modern virtual space as a kind of communicative space and concludes that the state is a full-fledged participant in the virtual communicative space, through which the ideological function of the state is also realized.
