Ideological bases and systematically important grounds of the present day criminal proceeding

The article analyses the concept of ideological range of problems of criminal proceeding, based on the abstract of thesis for the degree of Doctor of Law I.E. Adamenko "Criminal and procedural activity: systematically important grounds and components". The author points out that the ideological problems in the modern criminal procedural science are put and resolved in general terms. By criticizing the idea of "domestic criminal justice process", he supports the definition of "Russian criminal justice process", emphasizing that it is long and insistently suggested to attach the idea of constituent people which can be called as Russian people at the constitutional level. In ideological sense the concept "Russian people" is not based on national component but on cultural integrating nature.
