Ideology and judicial authority in Russian society

Features of a parity of ideology and judicial authority in the course of regulation of disputed relations are investigated. Judicial authority is understood thus as a way of definition of the state will necessary for legal settlement of disputed public relations and their transformation into legal relationship, connected in the basis with the ideology which is carrying out a role of boundary conditions of its definition.
