The authors set a goal based on the analysis of relevant concepts to present ideology as an instrument of national political leaders of the USA in the first quarter of the XXI century for the consolidation of society. In this regard, the main ideologies used by US Presidents Barack Obama, Donald Trump and Joseph Biden to unite society, were considered. In the course of the study, the authors proceeded from the idea developed by experts that by the first quarter of the XXI century, the United States had lost its former leadership positions in the world, which is why all three presidents in their election promises and practical activities announced their desire to make America great again, which was supposed to unite American citizens around the personality of the president and his state development program, but turned out to be only an unrealized ideological concept.
