Ideology in state and legal society: history, theory, practice

The article identifies the problems of ideology in the state and legal structure of society. An attempt has been made to answer questions about the history of the origin of ideology, its understanding and current state. Attention is drawn to the fundamentals of state policy to preserve and strengthen traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, as well as to further scientific research that requires political, state, legal and public support.
