The most effective form of the development of managers are the programs including problem- solving games. It is essentially important that gaming modeling of the processes allows to combine receiving theoretical knowledge and their practical application, in the conditions which are greatly approached to practical innovative activities of the organization. Stages of preparation and carrying out a game are considered, the structure of its participants is defined. The relevance of application of this method of training for the improvement of the efficiency of the process of management over the activity of the enterprise is proved.
