Simulation of the dynamics of labor resources in the Republic of Buryatia

The article considers labor resources as a basis for development of any region. We have studied the methods of labor resource analysis: Information and analytical systems “Monitoring, QUMMIR Model, Methods of The Agency of Labor Statistics; Methodology of Labor Force Forecasting Laboratory - Institute of Economic Forecasting of Russian Academy of Sciences. Each method has a number of shortcomings, which have been minimized by using simulation in the most effective system IBS “Expertiza”. Based on this system, we have analyzed the dynamics of population employed in such spheres as "Agriculture, Forestry, Hunting, Fishing and Fish Farming", "Construction", "Wholesale and Retail Trade", "Education" in the Republic of Buryatia. The study of labor resources in the dynamics and according to the types of activities and education have shown that trade has a positive dynamics in terms of employment in the Republic of Buryatia.
