To solve the problem of customer relationship management at a regional infocommunication company, a quasi-optimal management method based on configurable simulation system functioning in an interactive mode is proposed. The paper investigates an application of management techniques built using the intelligent information system framework. The simulation control system implements situationally-oriented modeling of dynamic data. On this basis, the intelligent information system realizes the method of making decisions employing a logical inference strategy. This allows to create a new information technology that is not only based on the knowledge and experience of highly qualified experts, but is also capable of learning and developing. The combination of a discrete approach to decision-making and a continuous probabilistic approach to data modeling is proposed. This defines the novelty of the logical situational analysis algorithms.
