Simulation modeling business process of development and customization of integration decisions in the interests of IT-company management

IT system integrator companies are struggling not only for the opportunity to be the first in the information technology market, but also for employees. The subject of the research is the process of distributing employees to teams. To assess the effectiveness of the distribution of employees to teams, it was proposed to use the method of statistical simulation modeling according to Dimov-Maslov. The authors studied the specifics of the activities of IT companies, described a business process model and performed a formulation of modeling problems in the interests of management. Using the obtained results will allow identifying bottlenecks in the functioning of the business process, taking into account the influence of random factors, tracking the statistics and system behavior in time and losing scenarios for various manning options.
