Simulation modeling of the visitor service process in a library

The article presents a simulation modeling of the visitor service process in a library using the AnyLogic platform. The impact of the number of employees on the library's throughput is analyzed. The effect of waiting time on overall efficiency is assessed, and an optimal strategy for improving service quality is developed.
