Simulation modeling of pharmacy work processes

The article examines the pharmacy workflow using simulation modeling on the AnyLogic platform. The main objective of the study is to determine the impact of various factors on the pharmacy's throughput capacity. Modeling allows for assessing the influence of waiting times on overall operational efficiency and developing optimal strategies to improve service quality.
