Immanence and complementary features of creative processes in small innovative enterprises

The article describes creation processes in a small innovative enterprise (SIE) in connection with a particular state of internal and external environment. It highlights basic conditions for inherent creativity of the internal environment in the SIE and creative atmosphere is defined as a consistent unity. Creative process is presented as a self-organization with its formal stages and synergic effect. The external environment is interpreted as a triggering mechanism with its channels of influence. The interaction of internal and external environment in SIE is presented schematically. Conclusions are made regarding the improvement of creative processes in SIE of Russia.
