Livability rate of white mice once immunized subcutaneonsly with the SP4PV vaccine N 3 was 80%. Such protection effect was observed in mice introduced 0,10 ml of subsingle vaccine. The calculations showed tnat the immunizing dose proviclong 50% of vaccinoted animals protection is reached esing 0,011±0,002 ml of the primary preparation (ID 50 = 0,011 ml) and the immunizing dose ratios is 90,9±13 ID 50 per 1 ml vaccine.
