Today, acute intestinal infections (acute intestinal infections) remain one of the most pressing problems of modern medicine. Currently, the study of opportunistic microorganisms (conditionally pathogenic form - UPF) and the diseases caused by them, is becoming increasingly popular. This is primarily due to the increase in the etiological significance of the conditionally pathogenic gram-negative flora, which naturally attracts the attention of researchers in terms of studying the clinical and laboratory features of the diarrhea course depending on the etiology, as well as with the aim of improving the diagnosis of these diseases. Significant prevalence of gastrointestinal tract (GIT) lesions in children due to UPF, clinical polymorphism, difficulties in diagnosis and treatment require further study of this problem.
