To characterize of changes in organs of immunogenesis, myelogram of rats and to study of possibility of formation of autoantibodies to their own red blood cells in experimental model of toxic hemolytic anemia. Materials and methods. Toxic hemolytic anemia was simulated by intraperitoneal administration 2-butoxyethanol (BE) to nonlinear white rats; after 30-days observations bone marrow smears were analyzed. Also we studied histology of thymus, spleen, Peyer's patches and the agglutination of red blood cells obtained in the beginning of the experiment, by serum obtained at the end of the experiment. Results. On the 30th day of the experiment in animals with toxic hemolytic anemia caused by the introduction of butoxyethanol, a tendency towards a red growth hyperplasia of bone marrow, development of an autoimmune response directed against its own red blood cells and the reduction of lymphoid tissue in ctntral and peripheral organs of immunogenesis were founded.
