Immunological changes at the HIV-positive children of school age training the mixed sports

Research objective: Studying of concentration of RNA in blood and loudspeakers of "virus loading" at HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) - the infected children of school age doing the mixed sports. Materials and methods of a research: Research work on a research of the main group of 475 HIV-positive children of school age during 2015-2018 is carried out. From this contingent of children 53 (112.1%) - did the mixed sports, such as free-style wrestling, art gymnastics, soccer, khurash, karate, chess, checkers. During sports concentration of RNA of the human immunodeficiency virus in blood was studied. Results and conclusions: At the HIV-positive children receiving an exercise stress at occupation the mixed sports such as free-style wrestling, soccer, кураш, karate, increase in an indicator of "virus load" of an organism for a short period is revealed. On classification of stages of adaptation of the immune system at them it was observed a stage of a decompensation and the restoration stage was not observed. In an organism clinical signs of an opportunistic infection were noted. At occupation the mixed sports, such as art gymnastics, chess, checkers, during the long period from 2 to 5 years, the negative impact on the immune system of children was not noted. 1th stage of HIV infection without clinical signs proceeded.
