Immunoprevention - perspective method of the intensification of pig-breeding

Expediency of use of medicine of the PS series for prophylaxis of illnesses and realization of bioresource potential of an organism of pigs is evidence-based and experimentally proved. Against the background of intramuscular introduction rising of quantity of erythrocytes and concentration of a hemoglobin is established to pigs of the medicine PS-6 and PS-7 that demonstrates activization in their organism of a hemogenesis. After immunoprophylaxis of an organism of pigs in the early period of a post-natal ontogenesis the leukocytosis which isn''t exceeding physiological norms with a pronounced lymphocytosis against the background of rising of quantity of basophiles and a neutropenia with nuclear shift to the right, and also decrease of relative quantity of monocytes is taped. The specified changes in structure of a white blood demonstrate activization of cellular factors of nonspecific resistance of an organism of pigs. Under the influence of medicine the augmentation of immunobiological indicators of a blood of young growth which at the end of the term of researches appeared above control sizes is established: phagocytal activity of leucocytes - for 5,8 and 6,4%, lysozyme activity of plasma - 8,6 and 8,0%, bactericidal activity of blood serum - for 8,6 and 9,2% respectively (Р
