The research goal - to explore the immunoprotective recombinant colicin E2 (Rec ColE2) action on a viral genesis’s pneumonia in white mice’s model. The three groups of non-linear white mice were formed. The first (control) was intact. The second (experimental) mice’s group were administered intranasally 50 mcl polynosinic:polycitidylic acid and after 24 hours 50 mcl of adenovirus type 2 of cattle solution (on the mouse). The third group’s animals droved inside the peritoneum of Rec ColE2 in a dose of 0,1 ml (100 mg) per head for 8 days once day. The mice were decapitated on the 11th day. Immunophenotyping of T-lymphocytes in the blood was performed by flow cytometry. Cytokines, defensins, and surfactant protein A were determined by enzyme immunoassay. In the second group, an increase in the blood of T-lymphocytes CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD25+, as well as the amount of interleukin 1 β (IL-1β), interleukin-2 (IL-2), interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), surfactant protein A (SP-A), defensins α1 and β1 (DEFα1, DEFβ1). Reliable data were obtained on the pronounced immunoprotective effect of Rec ColE2 on the cellular immunity of white mice. It was found that the drug reduced the level of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD25+ in the blood of animals to physiological levels and normalized the quantitative indicators of IL-1β, IL-2, IFN-γ, TNF-α, DEFα1, DEFβ1 and SP-A.
