Immunoregulator subpopulations of T-cells in tumor growth and allergic diseases

The problem concerning relationship between allergic diseases and cancer has been reported in a worldwide literature for many decades, furthermore, most facts speak in favor of the reduction in cancer risk with the presence of atopy, however, there are also opposite findings. The present review deals with the problem of studying immonologic association between cancer and allergy by comparing cellular and molecular mechanisms of immune system.
