The main goal of our research was the study of the immunostimulating action of the “Split” polysaccharide during the vaccination of repairing young birds against infectious bronchitis. The use of “Split” has a positive effect on the natural resistance of the bird, activating the humoral and cellular immunity, increases the level of gamma globulin fraction, antibody titer in the blood of immunized birds.
