Immunotropic preparations of Pigstim series in profile of transport stress and realization of reprocessing qualities of repair pigs

The purpose of this work was to provide reproductive and productive capacity of repair pigs with prevention of negative impact of transport stress. Immunoprevention of transport stress with immunotropic preparations PigStim -C and PigStim -M is found to contribute to reduction of age of the first insemination of repair pigs by 7.7 and 9.0 days respectively increasing the fertility of the first insemination to 100 %. Increase in live-born pigs at 0.8 heads or at 6.8 % when using PigStim-C and on 1.0 head or for 8.5 % - PigStim-M, and decrease in quantity of stillborn pigs by 50.0 and 25.0 % is noted. In the control group during the sucking period, polo averaged 1,0±0.45 heads or 7.82±3.45 % piglets, in the 1st test group - 0.6±0.24 heads or 4,50±1.84 %, and in the 2nd test - 0, 8±0.37 or 6,10 ±2.75 %. The safety of piglets in the sucker period was 92, 8±3.45 % in the control group, 95.50±1.84 % - the 1st experimental and 93.90±2.75 - in the 2nd experimental. From sows of control group 10,8±0.20 piglets are removed, from sows of the 1st and 2nd test groups -12,0±0.32 and 12,0±0.55 piglets, which is 11.1 % more than control values. The live mass of pigs of control group at depriving (25 days) was 7.56±0.05 kg, the 1st skilled group - 7.78±0.10 kg, and the 2nd skilled - 7.86±0.14 kg that on 0.22 and 0.30 kg or for 2.9 and 4.0 % it is more than in control. Use of immunotropic preparations PigStim -C and PigStim -M contributed to reduction of period from departure to insemination duration by 0.3 and 0.4 days or by 6.4 and 8.5 %.
