Impact of various fitness-aerobics disciplines on musical-motor competence of students aged 18 to 21

Many of modern aerobic exercises such as fitness and aerobics are supposed to be performed to music. It was proved that it increased not only their emotional intensity but also could contribute to solving problems in physical education and sports on condition of proper music utilization. The authors supposed that monitoring musical-motor competence developed with the use of fitness-aerobics exercises in Students’ Chosen Sport classes would help manage the training and learning process of physical education and sports specialists.
